Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to safety and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof sent to our support email.
If your request is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or
Provided as a replacement shipment, depending on the situation.
Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred on our side.

Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
The product was used, opened, or tampered with
